Here is a quick body weight only workout that you can do in the comfort of your own home or while you're on the go....no gym membership or expensive equipment necessary!
The best part is, you can be on your way to major fat loss and muscle toning in less time than it would have taken to drive to the gym.
Warm up- 30 sec of jumping jacks, 10 squats, 10 push-ups, repeat x 3 rounds.
Workout- Perform each of the following body weight exercises for 20 seconds, rest 20 seconds and then immediately begin the next exercise.
1) Prisoner Squats
2) Push-ups
3) Mountain Climbers
4) Jumping Jacks
5) Bench Dips (may use steps, chair, park bench if outdoors, etc)
6) Bulgarian Split Squats
7) Burpees
8) Plank
Repeat the entire circuit 3 times and follow with light cool down and stretching.
Allow at least 1-2 days of recovery before repeating and aim to complete more reps each time (without sacrificing form).
There you have it- a simple workout that requires NOTHING, takes very little time to complete, yet will burn fat like crazy and leave you wondering why you wasted thousands of dollars on gym memberships over the years!
The key to fat loss is to train as SMART and EFFICIENTLY as possible! Never waste time performing exercises or cardio that is nowhere near as effective as other options, such as the highly metabolic workout I outlined above.
